Not even. I went to the store after my order was successfully placed and they did not honor it. They simply plastered the windows with "no glaze donut" (their spelling) signs. When I went the counter they just said "we're out, next!"

Waste of time.

Life hack: If you don't want your donuts today (and want to avoid the crazy lines), order and set your pickup time for a later date, and pick it up then after the promotion is over to avoid the hordes of people there today/tomorrow Smilie)

(I waited for 45 minutes today, and realized that it would've be easier to do that instead)

Thank you for that suggestion. The closest KK is 33 miles away, so I placed an order to pickup on 5/12. My daughter goes to college there, so being able to see her is a bonus.

Same, the app is so busy that their servers are freaking out. I had to accept the T&C's on their website on my laptop and then I could open my app on my phone again for about 3 seconds before it would crash. I logged in, clicked on the deal and selected scan in person and took a quick screenshot of the barcode before the app crashed. the screenshot worked for me in store. It took several times in the app to get the screenshot.
