The iPhone 11 is very old at this point, I wouldn't recommend anything older than the iPhone 12.

I had an iPhone 11 up until 2023 and the main issue was that the chip would get crazy hot. Battery was also affected by that

I was using an iPhone 11 like 6 months ago and it was behaving totally fine. Disagree that it's not usable right now, and the battery life will be right up there with the 12 whose battery life was natively poor.

What's the best/cheapest way to use this phone while my current number is locked to Mint with less than 1 month remaining?

Can I port my current Mint # to Total, use 11 for a month, port back to Mint, use previous phone for a month then switch back to 11?

Did you have to unlock your gv number? I just made a gv number and got stuck on the verification page.
