The iPhone 11 is very old at this point, I wouldn't recommend anything older than the iPhone 12.

I had an iPhone 11 up until 2023 and the main issue was that the chip would get crazy hot. Battery was also affected by that

I was using an iPhone 11 like 6 months ago and it was behaving totally fine. Disagree that it's not usable right now, and the battery life will be right up there with the 12 whose battery life was natively poor.

Moving sims is not recommended. TbV is prepaid. No pay, no service. The wiki lists that. No need to port out.

Do you need to insert the SIM card into the phone to complete the port-in process? My port-in should have been completed a day ago according to Total, but the website still indicates it is activating.

Do it from the account during the activation process. It will give you two options to choose from. Keep number or get new number.

During the order, they only checked the eligibility of the number by sending an OTP. They didn't ask for account or PIN number.
