I've tried one of these out in a store, and it was so-so. As an acoustic, it was on par with the cheaper Rogue and easily outdone by a Yamaha FG800 (or FS800).
There are some pros, though: the built-in tuner and pre-amp are nice, and the inline headstock gives a straight string pull for reducing tuning issues. It's also made in Indonesia rather than China, if that's a concern.
