Besides total sub pricing, yearly vs monthly sub pricing, ancillary benefits, delivery windows [how fast and how small], method of delivery (refrigerated truck vs a Honda Accord), delivery coupons, product substitution policy, fuel rewards, employee shopper vs 3rd party, etc...not much I suppose.

It can also of course be YMMV depending on your regional market and chain affiliate.
YMMV is true. In my case, I found Amazon Fresh to be sub-par to Safeway.

This may just be in my area but all my local grocery stores offer free shipping with a certain purchase amount, shaws, stop and shop/giant, aldi, or even walgreens, this amount is often times about $35 all of which take EBT. Additionally, there are thousands of amazon products sold by distributors that have free prime shipping and are EBT eligible.

Instacart and walmart+ are $100 a year and you can very often find promos for annual memberships (Both also do EBT). Walmart+ does free delivery with no minimum on many products.

BJs, Costco, Sam's Club memberships range from $60-100 annually and you can find them on promo for $20-30 often, they all offer free shipping with certain order amount. Sam's Club Plus memberships get free delivery with no minimum.

Unless you just love the whole foods prices this is absurd compared to the market even at $5 for EBT users, you'll be paying the extra $5 in markups for whole foods products or amazon fresh if your lucky that will be the only options available opposed to the others offering most brands. You are paying more than the competition to get less range of products.

Please choice one of the other options, most offer organic as well if that's a dealbreaker.

If you're going to charge $120 per year for this service (more than others) then at least rule out having to tip.

depends on the area and the WM. local WM has a very limited organic selection and is commonly out of stock of groceries. 1 of 3 orders is constantly incomplete, out of stock on certain items, heavily substituted. Yes, WF is significantly more expensive but if you're shopping at WF, you may have more to spend and may not be as concerned about being frugal.

I listed almost a dozen alternatives not just Walmart, of course it's possible all these options are unavailable to some people but that is incredibly unlikely. All full-size grocery stores I've been to have offered organic options either in house or third party (this certainly may not be the case everywhere,) and I know that BJs, Costco, and Sam's Club all offer organic and are nation-wide in USA at least, and there are comparable options in other countries that I couldn't list to aid someone looking for a good deal.

If you can afford WF and have more to spend as you claim then there's little need to be on Slickdeals. I was offering suggestion to people that intend on being frugal or getting the most for their dollar while not compromising on quality if organic is a must. Your suggestion is to not be frugal in which case why would you be looking for a deal.

agree. At some point, the travel and time spent to all the different store options you've offered plus the membership fees at those stores are probably perceived savings. I've never done the math but would be interested to see how a Costco/BJ's membership, plus travel time to the different stores, gas etc outweighs the convenience of paying for delivery. Plus all those trips added up and time spent waiting on line or doing self checkout.. probably a cumulative year of your entire existence on earth.

This is a good deal if you use it 2x a month. Do I tip?
I cut back on delivery services once I realized that these businesses are managing expectations unethically.
They pitch it to consumers as "pay the subscription fee to make all other fees go away" whereas the pitch to delivery drivers is "we'll pay you part of your costs and you'll make the rest and a profit off of tips."
When I get something shipped I don't need to tip and if you are posting me to order for delivery I shouldn't need to tip either. Since they set the expectations on the driver's side towards tips, I simply don't order for delivery.
If I really need it today I am thankfully capable of going shopping myself. On the rare occasion that I can't get out and need something on short notice then the tip is warranted.
But regardless, treating it like fine dining where a 20% tip is expected, is a bit obnoxious in my mind.
Don't use the service and don't tip.
Use the service and tip. Or don't. Just be aware that the drivers are working on a pay structure that is largely tip based.
That being said, Amazon has in the past stolen tips to augment their portion of pay.

I see you must have misunderstood, all the options I provided offer free SHIPPING as well as free PICKUP. Often the pickup minimum requirement is less than the shipping minimum.

That said what is an actual waste of human life/money/gas is to have people bring 1-3 items (from say one day delivery or doordash/instacart) more than 5 times a week just for the sake of convivence, opposed to once a week, biweekly, or once a month even for non/semi-perishables (like amazon subscribe and save does, this is why they offer 15% on orders greater than 5 items since it saves them significantly to not go to your house 5 separate times for 1 item at a time.)

Which credit card?
Amex Platinum includes Walmart+ and other benefits, but it has a large fee so isn't for everyone
