What stainless pan set doesn't do this? use barkeepers friend.
I have both. I got a tramontina set a bit smaller than this from Costco (made in Brazil) and two all clads (one large frying pan and a roasting pan)
Zero difference. I wouldn't shock them with ice cold water from red hot to test the extreme, but heat distribution is identical. no warping...all stay flat on my countertop as well as on the induction.
All clads support is horrendous; that alone has turned me off from the brand. Costco's return policy makes these a winner.
You can fry eggs in stainless steel but there is a specific process. Pan needs to be super hot. Check YouTube for a demo.

Thanks for posting, I've been keeping an eye on this set and it periodically goes on sale for $160 but as far as I've seen doesn't go lower. So if you want them, great time to pull the trigger.
Not too impressed with this set. Frequently leaves oil residue on the pan after cleaning. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but that has been my experience so far

All stainless pans do this. They're not nonstick. Bar keepers friend works great and you can dishwash them though you should mainly hand wash.

Product description says "Item Made In Either China or Brazil" so I guess its a gamble and you don't know what you will get? I am totally cool with cookware from Brazil, but definitely not China
