Quite expensive pea protein. Pea protein is pretty cheap - about the cheapest powder you can get. You can get unflavored for a lot less money and flavor it yourself.

I can see buying this if you really like the flavor and like it uses stevia instead of sucralose. Unflavored protein is also sucralose-free.

only too much is harmful. it depends how much sodium you are consuming for the rest of the day. the same can be said for saturated fat and dietary cholesterol.

I tried doing that and flavoring it and it just didn't taste any where near as good. I don't get much sodium else where in my diet so having one or foods have a bunch of it is not a problem for me.
