Thanks OP, had the ford one as well as a Hershey's kisses one for $5 as well. For me they showed up when the screen saver with ads kicked in. Then just wait patiently for them to show up. YMMV of course.

I was going to say the same thing about the Hershey's Kisses one. Used the 2 credits to grab WEDNESDAY, which is currently 8.99 for Amazon Prime Members.

I swear that hersheys ad is streamed in 8K/200MBPs. All the free streaming videos are blurry but the ad gets premium bitrate

I didn't see any of those ads yet on Fire TV main screen. However, when the screensaver came on I saw an ad for Vivo (Hershey offer) and the Ford ad (Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month) too.

There are two Texas ads on the screensaver. One doesn't give the $3 credit, the other does.

The ad appears above after starting up the fire stick. It appeared, then I scrolled back to the ad, watched it and $5 credit instantly applied to my Amazon account.

Amazon Fire stick YMMV

Thanks to all who commented, got everything but the Texas one, since I watched the one without the $3 credit first, it wouldn't credit me when I finally watched the other one with the $3 credit advertised.
