give me a link where I can buy it for $299 - its showing me $427 and even if I want to proceed, its asking me to fill out a longass form.
For me, it just prompted me after I checkmarked to include taxes and fees, the next step was to provide them with my contact info and wait for polestart to contact me... did you get a price right away from the website or did you have to wait for a CALL from Polestar?

Given these are getting antiquated on several fronts, I'm only tempted if I can get for a lease , with the Fed credit passthrough.. Should see under $5k or even $4k for 2 years in that case, right?
Yeah but I just don't think those leases exist.

You can select 12,000 mile option. It costs an extra $19/month I believe. You can edit the payment options and change 10K miles to 12K miles.
Never leased before...do they check every year, or just after the term? Also is there a buyout option?

Interesting that there is no locations anywhere near Chicago according to their map which is probably why I don't see to many around. Why don't they distribute these through Volvo dealers?

Always end of the term.

There is a buyout option after the 27 months are done. But given used EV prices these days, it'll most likely be cheaper to buy a used car of the same model year, vs buying out your leased car.

don't get your kid an EV. Insurance will be really high to repair these things.
I probably should have noted the third car as an EV for me to drive as I'd give them my Accord with 155k miles on it.

Although my insurer (State Farm) said they can drive any car, they just need one of them marked as the primary on the insurance.

Just rented one of these and really liked it. Better driving experience than the Tesla model 3s and Ys I've driven, and better than a Kia ev6 and Subaru solterra, though it's a sedan more like the 3.

Not the most competitive lease deal we've seen but for this quality of car it's probably the best.
These are better built than the plasticky Tesla's. Its made by a real car company.

Before anyone buys an EV (or any car), do yourself a favor and test drive a Tesla with FSD 12.3.x. Absolutely incredible experience and easy to see why most cars in the not so distant future will be autonomous. Unlike Waymo or similar solutions, Tesla FSD is purely vision based and doesn't need ultra expensive hardware or to the millimeter mapping.

I've been following this space for years and always thought Musk was full of @#$^# with his undelivered promises of self driving cars that were about to go mainstream. I'd tried earlier versions of FSD and, while impressive, they gave me no confidence that Tesla FSD would ever be capable of unassisted autonomous driving. Then I tried FSD 12.3.4 and I'm sold - this is the future and the near future at that. Just for this tech, I wouldn't even consider another car.
I agree. The self driving is a game changer. It brought me home tonight and I've been playing with it for a month now. Very cool once you get used to it.

It was a bit nerve racking to start because it was difficult for me to trust it. But after a month, I'm very impressed.

27 month lease lease you will pay for a year of registration and only get 3 months. A way for them to get you to pay registration for them.

Does anyone know what the deal would look like in Indiana with 7% taxes, for 15K miles. Thank you.

Configurator on site shows (for 66 MSRP dual motor): $5,822 DAS with $579/mo payment. :-(

This doesn't qualify for the EV tax credit for those who can apply for it
