I have an extremely balanced and healthy diet, but need B12 and D vitamins periodically to keep my levels high enough that I don't feel shitty. Diet is not enough for some people.

There is less cyanide in this than there is in apple juice. Apples also have a lot of formaldehyde. Do your research into why scary sounding things are actually natural and fine.

What sucks is the 30% only applied for the first order of two items. After that, there was no 30% coupon mentioned at all on any of the other products.

Don't take it if it's cyanocobalamin, generally cheaper but harmful if taking for longer periods of time
