I purchase items online and returned at outlet store. Store associate said, amount was refund back to gift card. Refund never showed up on gift card. After 3 months of following up over email and phone call they refund the balance back to gift card. Stroke of luck, I hold on to the store refund receipt (which I rarely do) as I was asked to prove I returned the merchandise.
Made the same mistake 2nd time. After going the same painful process, this time, I received less dollar then what I paid.
My recommendation is, use the balance at once.
