I have a Vankyo 1080p projector from 4 years ago, paid $240 for it, around the same specs as this minus the wifi, it's held up well. Definitely recommend.

I got the 220 lumen wewatch projector that was on Slickdeals a while ago and it's surprisingly bright. Obviously it needs to be a pretty dark room, I bought blackout curtains for when we use it, but it's been great and is actually 1080 and $50 so it is possible despite what people on here say.
