I own this brand but a different variant, they called it like a green tea bed, idk gimmicky but it was cheap something i needed at the time. 3 Years later still using it not even looking into a new bed if it isnt around this price
I will say BEWARE of comments lauding Zinus products or any other mattresses in general. The astroturfing regarding mattress buying is rampant and you'll see random accounts posting everywhere, which makes mattress shopping extremely frustrating.
I agree with other person, I bought the green tea one all foam like 3 layer or whatever mattress, I paid around $240, comfortable, and only after about 6yrs it's finally started sinking a bit in the middle. For lasting that long, hell of a deal. No way would i pay 1k or 2k+ like we used to back in the day

Slats or a bunky board are fine.

I have been using the Zinus 8" Green Tea Queen size mattress on a Zinus Smartbase 14" foundation and it's the most comfortable mattress I've owned. It's also the cheapest mattress I've ever bought. I haven't noticed any signs of deterioration in the 5+ years I've been using it, but it can only be rotated on the top side due to how it's constructed. I'm 6'2", 190lbs and I like a firmer mattresses; the 8" is probably a 7/10 on firmness. When it comes time to replace it, I may try the 6" thick version of the same mattress, assuming it is firmer. I have recommended it to a number of people and those who have provided feeback have all been happy. Good luck with your search; shopping for a mattress is tougher than shopping for a car but with these cheaper ones you risk losing less money if it doesn't work out!
