Don't buy! I bought this last year on December 18, 2023, and the battery is now dead despite using the cordless feature maybe once a week for less than 10 minutes. I'm getting a replacement battery in 7-10 business days.
I've got the LG and Dyson V10. The LG runs much longer. I haven't noticed any difference in suction at all. I'm going on 2 years and I've had no problems and batteries are going strong. I wonder how many of these comments have even seen one much less used one.

Yep my wife found a knockoff on TikTok of all places for $98 that's lighter, more manageable and battery lasts entire house now
I've had this for a little more than a year. It replaced a Dyson V7 and it's been working great. I didn't want to get a Dyson V10/11 because the canister is way too large and heavy to constantly use on stairs. I needed something a little more nimble and picked this up. You get a lot more bang for the buck and it came with two batteries. My only complaint is that it's kind of a pain to empty out the dust bin. I usually have to use a screw driver to pull out the rest of the dust but that's mostly because it's dog fur.

I got the refurbished deal from a couple months back because it had the warranty, extra battery, and it was black instead of pink. I usually run it on high so battery lasts about 10-15 but swapping battery is so easy that it's worth it. On normal it lasts me about 45
I got one from Costco about 4 years ago, maybe 3. Still going strong and i love it. It's pretty compact compared to Dyson. The batteries last like they did when new. Not sure what others are talking about.

I use mine all the time and have no problems with either battery. I got a refurbished even
I have this and I don't really like it. The "neck" between the cannister and the wand hose constantly clogs. Then you have to take it apart and wrestle with debris to get it to run again.
I've never had a stick vacuum before so I have no idea if this common, or unique to this model.
Its a common issue on most stick vac, i use a slim bottle /vent cleaning brush to get the debris out from canister opening and front inlet behind the rollers, just have to be careful not to dislodge the rubber gasket seal on the openings.
My only complaint is that you have to empty the canister multiple times per house cleaning or it clogs up pretty fast. I think all battery canister vacs suffer.that however. .
Yea. With mine I have to empty almost after every room, but it's easy enough. Better than the wired canister vacuum we had that was such a PITA to lug & pull around that I barely vacuum. With stick vacuums, I at least vacuum once a week.
we have this one and a dyson v10, in terms of suction both are comparable, really not much of a difference.
we bought ours at 199 last year on sale, so at 164, i'm pretty happy to put a 3rd vacuum on the first floor (3story new construction home...woot CA)
If you buy a a $450 Miele cannister vac, it will last you 20 years. But you have to do that scary, overly taxing thing of plugging it in and unplugging it.

Same. Purchased my from Costco as well some years back with two batteries, two different style floor heads, and two attachments. Never had an issue with any of it and I love it.

I even called LG customer service and got a free hard floor attachment head shipped to me, because my insert said it came with it, but it did not. I don't think they ever did come with those, it was just a mistake on the insert and I think they fixed that by now, but nonetheless I got another head for my tile floors free.
