It's cheaper because it's not spring adjustable. That means every time you want to want to adjust the monitor's position vertically, you have to loosen the back screw with a hex wrench, readjust the stand (potentially with two heavy monitors attached to it) and then tighten the screw. Not something you want to do on the regular. If you're sure your workflow never requires vertical adjustments after initial setup, what you posted is fine. But for a little more, I highly recommend anyone buy this stand which gives additional flexibility both now and down the road.

I have had that one for probably 18 or so months. I liked it initially, however the last 6 months it feels like it it's going limp. It wont maintain the tilt at times. It also seems like it is starting to sag laterally.

Same here, any deals on single arm?

Also any deals on laptop stands like the ones you can put laptop standing up straight so it looks like it's in line with the monitor next to it?

One more note, gotta love the stock pictures of the guy with his twin and absolutely no wires anywhere in those images, like magically clean no wires! Big Grin LOL

I follow a tech youtuber who likes this brand. Purchased on his rec alone. Great price!

I'm gonna give it a try. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
***EDIT***
So... I should have asked first, but does the fact that I have curved monitors impact how these things work?

Got one of these a while back thinking I would get a double monitor setup. Ended up using it on a single widescreen 34" curved monitor. I just took off one of the arms. Works great!

depends on their size(s) - product description says it can handle up to 30" monitors (presuambly non-ultrawide), but the fact that they're curved makes no difference, just matters how wide they are

Thanks for the heads up. I'm never sure if such things make a difference.

The cable routing system is a pain. You have to unscrew the lower arm from the bottom to remove the cover and it's awkward because your bottom surface table will hit screw driver. On top of that there's not a lot of room for cables themselves. Other than that, it's worked out great

Most of these things have screws that you're supposed to tighten if they get loose. Have you looked for those? Check the manual.
