I have a few sets of the red rectangle baking dishes. They are very good quality, and I am happy with them. They are small so check the dimensions to see if they will work for you.

They're nice. All their ceramics are made in China. Their enameled dutch ovens are all made in France. Love their stuff!

We got this set years ago and used it for probably 3-4 years. Our baking dishes eventually cracked. The bowl we used for mixing but ended up giving away because they are really thick and quite a weird awkward size.
