This is NOWHERE near as good of a deal as lowes.com had with EGO trimmer, EGO leaf blower, battery, and charger for $179. I was truly impressed with the tools and blown away by the price.

Are you referring to the aluminum shaft model (ST1502SA)? Is there a performance difference between it and the carbon fiber shaft? I'm gonna ask for one of these for Father's day... trying to figure out if the more expensive one is worth it.
