It's there, you just have to click on the "see more" under specs tab
Easiest way on Costco listing to see that all the people saying the 85" is 120hz native are right is to scroll all the way down and look for the specifications PDF attached to the Costco listing. That shows the differences in variants and clearly shows the 85" is 120hz. Page 6 of the PDF.
Off Topic: A relative bought a Sony 85" XBR85X81CH (model year 2020) from Costco in June 2022 for $1000. After a late 2023 system update from Android TV 9 to TV 10, the Android/Google TV interface has became very laggy at times (5~10+ seconds pauses running apps, or sometimes just moving the cursor around), and you can see the UI freeze then Google TV restarts itself periodically. Per the AIDA64 app, his TV has a MT5693, quad-core Cortex-A73 1.5GHz which was "faster than most Android TV in 2020" per some online discussion (many TV boxes still use inferior A53/A55 CPU then, and even today) and it has decent RAM and storage (2.5GB RAM, 6.4GB flash with half free). Possibly poor optimization, or maybe Google TV just suck. My $20 Onn. Android TV 4K UHD streaming box with slower 4x1.8GHz A53 is far snappier.
Hope this TV doesn't fall to the same fate in the future.
