Perfect use of the 10 dollar reward they sent me randomly to replace my 1st gen with a dead battery, thanks!

I've always been skeptical of open box items but I was looking to get a nest doorbell cam and the price was very tempting so I went for it. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was indeed in excellent condition. It was as if someone cut the tape on the box, opened it and changed their mind and then immediately closed it. I was also worried I would get a warning message that it was already tied to someone else's account but I had no issues setting it up.

Yep, mine had all the accessories still untouched and installed without a hitch too.

Looks like this may be YMMV, now. I'm showing $96.99 for "Fair" quality and $123 for excellent.
