You failed to notice that Costco one has an 1200p IPS display while this has an 2.8K OLED display.

The difference between the Core Ultra 5 and 7 is small when compared to the huge difference between the two displays.

True. Plus this laptop appears to have a slotted pcie wifi card, so if it is that important it can just be upgraded when the cards come out. Most laptops still have slotted mini cards. Intel usually sells a boxed kit for the latest mini pcie cards for like $16-$25. Once the cover is off, takes all of 60 seconds to swap out.
