If it was the best you wouldn't need one every 2-3 years

With such a small size all wireless earbuds will start dying around 3 years with heavy use.

Bought these in February and have enjoyed them. And yes they are comfortable, apparently more than newer & Pro models. Avoided AirPods for years because I thought they would have the same lacking amount of bass as the default Apple headphones that come with iPhones, but no, the bass is well-rounded. Having text messages read to you as they come in is a cool feature. You also can't beat the clarity of making phone calls with AirPods versus the speaker phone on your iPhone. At this price I think it's a great value. I went ahead and did the AppleCare+ on these too, which was $30 for I think 2 years. Hope this helps someone.

Looks like it's $15 now. Just ordered for $64.99, only had $0.41 in discover rewards to apply towards the purchase and the rest on the Discover card.

I think discount amount differs for each one . Some might even have more .

Looks like you're right, the SD post about it still says $10 for most. Guess I got lucky with $15. Thanks for mentioning it, very happy to pay $65. I'll be using them with the AppleTV Smilie
