I got one when it was first released, still works fine

in my other car I got an AAWireless, and I would recommend that device over the Motorola unless the person is tech-savvy

also my AA port never turns off (thanks Hyundai), and AAWireless has settings to turn off so I'm not draining my battery all the time

MIne died after 15 months. Motorola unresponsive to my email. I read a different post that said they had luck getting a replacement from Motorola after the warranty period.

Count yourself lucky because anytime this thing is posted here, over half of the comments say that theirs starts getting flakey after one year or stops working altogether.

Mine failed after 15 months. Refused to connect no matter which fix I tried. Worked great up until that point. I rolled the dice and bought another. So far so good one month in.
