The Lowe's cards are great. Since they ring as a normal credit card, you can buy other gift cards like for Netflix or other stores using these at Lowe's b&m store going through self checkout. Done it 5 times. The trick is you need to ring it for the exact amount.

Sadly the Chili's Gift Card has some issues being used at the Restaurant. Because it is not issued by Chili's it cannot be used on the self-serve kiosk pad's at the table. The servers have problems using them because they are run as a Visa card and they need to know how much is on it or else it gets rejected. Once you use this card make sure to mark with a Sharpie the remaining balance in order to help the server use the card more than once, if that ends up happening to you. Hope this advice helps some future buyer!

Sounds right. It worked for me many times with physical "Seasons Greetings Gift Card (Mail Delivery)", because you can swipe it at the store as a normal Visa credit card, so you can use it to buy any gift cards they offer at the store: Netflix, Amazon, TJMAxx and so on.

No, it's only the Choice cards. If you get a standard Lowes gift card, it's treated as a gift card at Lowes. These Choice cards (physical only, not emailed ones) are treated as credit cards.

You checkout at Target.com with the multi-logos with one of your desired store. Then Target will email a link/code to redeem the desired store gc which will be send other email with the gc.

In the store I used multiple gift cards to buy a washer and dryer. The guy balked, but I just said, "the gift cards are the same as cash." He didn't put up any further fight. I think if you buy online there is a limit.

Hi, I'm considering REI. did you use both cards online in one transaction as gift card payments? are you able to then pay the balance with a credit card, say if purchase totals over $75?

Last night I bought $150 worth of gift cards ($75+$25 and again $75+$25) and redeemed all of them for Airbnb gift cards. Used them right away. Everything went well. I also got two $10 target gift cards which were automatically applied to my Target account. I don't want to abuse it so I'm stopping right here. Thank you!

Update: I meant to say $50+$25. Not $75+$25.

FYI a few $50 GC are instantly $10 off at Big Y (grocery store in Northeast) until next Wednesday. Didn't see Lowe's or HD, but quite a few restaurants, Cinemark etc.
