The Lowe's cards are great. Since they ring as a normal credit card, you can buy other gift cards like for Netflix or other stores using these at Lowe's b&m store going through self checkout. Done it 5 times. The trick is you need to ring it for the exact amount.

Sadly the Chili's Gift Card has some issues being used at the Restaurant. Because it is not issued by Chili's it cannot be used on the self-serve kiosk pad's at the table. The servers have problems using them because they are run as a Visa card and they need to know how much is on it or else it gets rejected. Once you use this card make sure to mark with a Sharpie the remaining balance in order to help the server use the card more than once, if that ends up happening to you. Hope this advice helps some future buyer!

I also bought chevron choice before and used successfully. I dislike chevron app though, since they should only do two factor verification when entering pump number to do a transaction, not when at home checking points and balance.
That said, smart and final has this choice card promotion this week, $10 off next shopping trip wyb $50 chevron

I'd say this, but with a BIG asterisk. I've use these a lot. Their systems had problems for a bit with physical cards I got from lowes. You go through a special kind of hell trying to work through the layers of nonsense (in this case, credit card company, target/lowes, blackhawk, giftcardmall.com, texaco, whatever) and disclaimer when trying to get help. And your money is gone. I actually have one now for Red Lobster thats $25, they say is legit, except their system won't take it. In the process of trying to get your money/value back, you see lots of disclaimers, basically saying nobody is responsible, your money is gone, the product is vapor, nobody is responsible, blah blah blah. It's insane and the laws and regulations need to catch up with this shady market.

If all works well it's fine. But go see people YMMV experiences, that is real too.

EDIT: Here's a minor version. I got through the chain, the subway gift cards display, they can be applied to your account, much like amazon. Subway apparently has updated their webpage edit to insist on 8 digit pins. Blackhawk generates 4 digit pins. Workaround is go to the app, which says, 4 or 8 digit pins. If you had to go down the customer service path, layers of hell ensue. That was for a Staples generated blackhawk middlemanned subway gift card. The target one seems to let 4 digit pass on the webpage. Its just all very hair triggered.
