Still the best headset I've used. The sounds stage is amazing.
Which other headsets with soundstage that you've tried?

These are reviewed all over and have tons of info on reddit and YouTube for comparisons if anyone wants more info.

If you want the short version these are just about universally the #1 pick for all in one headsets. They are one of the only gaming headsets that still ranks in music and general use so outside of getting a dedicated headphone for each category you really can't do better.

I have had this headset for a couple of years - it's awesome.

As others have mentioned, people regularly comment about how good the mic is.

I'm no audiophile - but the bass is clean without overpowering and it sounds great whether gaming, watching or listening. Also incredibly comfortable and wearable for hours upon hours without discomfort.

At this price, it's easily a no-brainer.

Really excellent headset for teleconferencing, but sound quality is just barely a step below a dedicated headphone like 58x and 6xx. I still switch to one of those when listening to music.

I've been using these for about 2 1/2 years and are easily the best pair of headphones I have ever used. They sound super good, I got complements from my friends on the mic quality, and they are super comfy.

How would you describe the sound signature? Can you compare to any other audiophile headphones? Mic good enough for computer calls or streaming?

I've been using one earbud of my TWS headphones as a work around since many games seem to have broken or overly onerous setups nowadays. Overall this looks like a pretty good package from Drop and better than getting just the headphone is is based on:
3 m PC cable, 2 x 3.5 mm split TRS connector
1.2 m console cable, 1 x 3.5 mm TRRS connector
2 pairs of earpads (mesh knit and velour)
Epos is just a new nametag for Sennheiser
Expect them to sound relatively neutral compared to other gaming headsets, usually other gaming brands are bass heavy and these are gonna be a lot flatter overall.

If you don't have this model. J/k kind of.

No one mentioned how good they feel. I use them when I work from home, then gaming right after work.

What DAC or audio interface are people pairing this with? I have a DAC which is output only, no input for a microphone, and I have a laptop I'd like to use this with which needs a USB input.
Apple USB-C to 3.5mm. Can't beat it for under $10.

Do these work for ps5/series x? Feel like I couldn't find anything about it on the product page if it does

I've had mine for almost 2 years. Excellent sound quality, good comfort, very good mic, I use mostly for music and phone calls here and there. At $100, nothing is even close to this Sq. Build quality is meh but at this price, you're paying for the sound.

Probably not. Neither did I, but that was probably the fastest purchase I've done on SD so far.

I just ordered these to complement the somewhat similar Game Ones (see PC37x) that I've used since late 2018. Those have sounded great and been problem-free aside from some cracked plastic inside the ear pads, and I finally gave up on a repair and got replacements for that part.

I cannot figure out how the Sennheiser products have been divided after the split. Headphones that I thought were comparable have all ended up at different companies. But it's pretty clear [eposaudio.com] that the gaming products are done. Maybe Drop has something worked out to keep their stuff going, but I'm worried that good spare parts will start to disappear.

I can finally stop moving the one pair between my desk and TV, but there's also some peace of mind in having a complete backup
