Please don't buy a dell. Proprietary components. 5600ddr5. Lame cost cutting and probably garbage cooling
Components most changed/upgraded are RAM, SSD and GPU. All of them can be upgraded in this Dell. Comes with a 4090 and a 1000W PS. Why change power supply? 5600 DDR5 is bad? Just looking at a $2800 Lenovo Tower 7i with same CPU and they use DDR5 5200. Your unsureness on the cooling doesn't instill confidence you know what you're talking about.

This is a tired conversation. You want to build from scratch, feel free. You think there is better pre-builts, then LINK THEM to them if you truly want to help people.

I am very tempted to pull the trigger on this one. This was front page last week for $400 more. Even with the downside of the pre built, it is a good value. I am waiting to see if I get the 10% email code. Combined with 15% cash back on cash back site.

Order this 4090 system now. Return Costco. If you get 10% coupon from email and 15% cashback, if my math is mathing, it's $1800 before tax. You're paying $700 LESS for a superior video card that'll probably last you a decade.

Is this the 4080 system you got from Costco? https://www.costco.com/cyberpower...51733.html

could you give a 'rhymes with' so we can give you reps instead of thumbs down?
Could you do a 2 seconds Google search instead so you don't look like an azz thumbing down ppl trying to help without going against SD rules?

$1800 is the price of just the video card a couple weeks ago.

Even better if you have the Amex 120 off 600 or Bussiness Plat card with $200 off Dell products (twice a year)
Or even better.. BOTH the above..
1800-320 = 1480!!

Military discount via ID.ME is 5%.
Unlikely to stack with the 10%.
