Components most changed/upgraded are RAM, SSD and GPU. All of them can be upgraded in this Dell. Comes with a 4090 and a 1000W PS. Why change power supply? 5600 DDR5 is bad? Just looking at a $2800 Lenovo Tower 7i with same CPU and they use DDR5 5200. Your unsureness on the cooling doesn't instill confidence you know what you're talking about.

This is a tired conversation. You want to build from scratch, feel free. You think there is better pre-builts, then LINK THEM to them if you truly want to help people.

Seeing 1600-1700 sold ebay listings for this particular Dell 4090 gpu.
You're gonna have to beat this by at least $100 to $200, then eBay fees and PayPal fees and shipping.

And I JUST got my damn 10% coupon.
Same here. I ordered without the coupon code since the deal looked dead. Received email code 20 minutes after placing the order. Sent in a support request to see if they will add it after the fact, but I am not hopeful.

I think this system must have been a price mistake. The $2400 price does not line up at all with any of their similar builds. That would explain why the deal was taken down quickly by Dell.

I already got my order received email and order confirmed email so it looks like it will ship.

That 10% off coupon should get you through Memorial Day weekend. In my experience, there seem to be great deals that time of year. I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't a similarly good deal through Dell by then.

Its an odd price for sure. the 15% CB made it a no-brainer.

I will take you up on that offer. How much would you like to bet? I will put up $250 that says it will ship within 60 days.

So apparently it was still in my cart on my other computer. I used the coupon, and signed up for the cash back site which had a bonus 10% (so 25%) for purchases in the first week.

I have never used the cash back site before, if it goes through as stated I should get out the door for $1620.

I am a bit worried though because the original order got hung up by my credit card fraud alert and I had to log back into Dell and update the payment after the original sale. The cash back site says the transaction should clear by the 13th (although it originally said something about same day cash back).

Same here, split between two Citi cards with 6% (max $75 each) back and one of them did a fraud alert even though I went through getting a texted code for each transaction. o.O Hoping that cash back site worked out. Not sure how long until something would show up there as "pending".
