Do not be fooled by the $7/lb price. This product contains more non-protein fillers than most of it's competitors, making cost per gram of protein actually kinda high. Not a slick deal in terms of cost/g protein, and most of the protein is concentrate (the cheapest whey).

That said, many report this product tastes better than competitors. That makes sense, the fillers do have extra carbs, fats, and flavors.

The chocolate milkshake is the best tasting protein I've ever had, and it mixes well in both water and/or milk. The filler concerns are valid. Everyone is capable of making their own decision as to what they value.

No, but if the SD developers want to replace me with a bot, I wouldn't mind.

It would also be nice to have ones for cost/square foot of TP and PT, and for cost/pod of Keurig cups.

Was coming here to say this. The chocolate is so delicious but worst macros of the major protein powders. But if you're not cutting weight a difference of 70 or so calories won't make much difference if it can get you to actually drink it.

I used this stuff a long time ago, like a decade ago, back when I wasn't super educated about weight loss or muscle gain. I was just fat, ate like crap but worked out thinking the two evened themselves out (it doesn't). I loved this stuff because it tasted amazing and it blended well, no lumps or clumps or foam with a few shakes in a simple blender bottle.

But as others have pointed out, it's not a good protein shake; it's more like a milkshake with protein. I used it for like 2-3 years before I started looking into things more.
