Definitely worth giving this a shot at this price. I think I paid $80 at a Memorial Day sale a couple years ago. Whenever I need to grab one overdrive pedal as a standalone dirt pedal, I grab this. Sounds very "Tweed"-like in the Germanium mode and more modern and punchy in the Silicon mode. Very versatile and great EQD build quality. Would be curious to know how people think it compares to the original one-knob Speaker Cranker.

The EQD pedal shows out of stock for me now. I imagine they sold off their inventory.

At least they replaced the STOTD with another pedal (a looper). They often replace these deals with something completely strange.

So I ended up just searching for the pedal on their site and it shows up with the little STOTD icon - when you click on it, the price $74.99 price shows up: https://www.musiciansfriend.com/a...dal/l94934

EDIT: I just got a notification informing that the pedal is out of stock but back ordered

No idea why i got this but for some reason couldnt resist… LOL

These are very simple device. Makes no sense it costs so much for guitar pedals.

That's why Behringer, Donner, Flamma, and Joyo exist.

I do think some brands, like the analog overdrive selling for $200, are overpriced, but at under $100, it doesn't seem crazy. They're not as simple as everyone thinks, especially for an analog pedal.
