If you order something through the app or browser and it's not in your local store then they will ship it to your house within a day or two With free shipping. Just make sure that The item is not being solid by a third party company. On the Walmart online store which is actually a marketplace just like Amazon. If it is a third-party company, you will be paying shipping usually. But if it's a shipped by Walmart product, then the shipping's free. But all that is right below the product price anyway.
To separate these two worlds, You need to click the button at the top of the search results that says 'in-store'. This way you are able to see everything in store at your local town street Walmart and you can add stuff to your cart and nothing will have any additional shipping charges as long as you put $35 or more into your cart a check out.
Take care. With this information maybe you can give Walmart plus another try because it does save you money every time you use it and it ends up being free if you think about it.
My opinion, it saves me about five dollars in gas each time I use it along with preventing wear and tear on my vehicle and I get about two hours back in my day which is valuable, physically and literally. So my estimation would be each time I use it, it saves me roughly $25.

And from what I am reading, 800v is a lot in this game. Clamping voltage of 300-400 should be the max to consider.
