Just to note, after calling dell refurbished, this has the smaller 52watt battery and not the large 78watt battery. I would've bought it if it had the 78

has anyone gotten the amex platinum business $200 credit to trigger with this? someone on reddit said it worked but others say it doesn't?

I got it when I purchased a Dell Latitude 5320 refurbished for $297 (i7 11th gen with 32GB RAM and 512GB SSD)

FWIW, RAM is soldered to motherboard. So it cant be upgraded.
