Newegg has the Intel Core i7-12700KF - Core i7 12th Gen Alder Lake 12-Core (8P+4E) Desktop Processor CPU + GIGABYTE B760M DS3H DDR4 LGA 1700 Intel B760 M-ATX Motherboard combo on sale for $230.97. Shipping is free.

Deal Instructions:
Add the following products to cart. Both items must be "sold and shipped by newegg" in order to apply combo savings. Here are the links to the newegg product pages:Combo up savings totaling $59.00 ($15 from the motherboard and $44 from the cpu) should automatically be applied, and the promo code PGWDS785 should also be automatically applied to the cpu for an additional $50 off, your total should be $230.97.

If you have any issues you can follow these alternate instructions:
Go to the newegg intel combo builder: https://www.newegg.com/tools/combo-builder/4293
Select the "GIGABYTE B760M DS3H DDR4 LGA 1700 Intel B760 M-ATX" motherboard and the "Intel Core i7-12700KF Desktop Processor" cpu. Then click the button that says "ADD ALL ITEMS TO CART", your total should be $230.97.

There is also a similar discount for this combo with the i7-12700k instead of the 12700kf if you need an igpu (integrated gpu) for display output without a discrete gpu, or if your use cases would benefit from intel quicksync. The product page for the 12700k can be found here, simply add it to cart instead of the 12700kf. The cpu must be "sold and shipped by newegg" to apply combo up savings: https://www.newegg.com/intel-core...6819118343
When added to cart with the motherboard (linked above in previous section) combo up savings totaling $59 should be automatically applied, and the promo code PGWDS784 should also be automatically applied to the cpu for an additional $50 off, your total should be $255.97 ($25 more expensive than the combo with the 12700kf). You can also follow the alternate instructions for the newegg intel combo builder (linked above), and simply select the "Intel Core i7-12700K Desktop Processor" instead of the 12700kf, your total should be $255.97.

The 12700kf alone currently has a frontpage deal at $190: https://slickdeals.net/f/17457360-intel-i7-12700kf-3-6-ghz-12-core-20-thread-lga-1700-desktop-processor-190-free-shipping
This deal is only $41 more expensive while including a serviceable (though admittedly fairly mediocre) motherboard, and is an extremely good value for a lower end system. If your use cases benefit from an igpu (for intel quicksync or display output without a discrete gpu), the version of this combo with the 12700k is $25 more expensive. If you're looking to build a budget tier system, this combo is an excellent value.

Please keep in mind that the i7-12700kf does not have an igpu (integrated gpu), meaning it lacks intel quicksync, and you will need a discrete gpu for display output. If you need the igpu you should spend $25 more to get this combo with the 12700k.
Likewise, keep in mind that the motherboard included in this deal is micro atx form factor, lacks onboard wifi (a decent wifi adapater costs ~$15-$20 if you need wifi), and can only use ddr4 memory.

The specifications page for the motherboard in this deal can be found here: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherbo...v-10/sp#sp

The 12700k in stock configuration uses approximately 158w (at the eps12v rails) under an all core blender workload. For reference, in the same workload the 12900k uses 243w while the 13700k uses 279w. Therefore, while this motherboard is budget tier overall and would not be a good fit for more power hungry intel cpus, it is entirely sufficient for use with the 12700k. The lack of onboard wifi on this motherboard can be easily remedied by purchasing a ~$15-$20 wifi adapter, if you require wifi.

The 12700kf went out of stock quite quickly the last time I posted this deal, and the product page automatically displayed the cpu from an alternate seller instead of newegg. If discounts aren't being applied, please double check to make sure both the cpu and motherboard you've added to cart are sold and shipped by newegg. The thread for the previous iteration of this deal which went out of stock can be found here: https://slickdeals.net/f/17472915-intel-core-i7-12700kf-cpu-gigabyte-b760m-ds3h-ddr4-m-atx-mobo-230-97

Gigabyte low end boards suck.. expect it to fail or have some feature like onboard sensors die within a year.

Double checked that everything was shipped and sold by Newegg, but the bundle discount doesn't show up, just the $50 CPU discount. Going to the bundle builder, no b series boards show up in the list.

I ordered this successfully yesterday afternoon (Wednesday) via the Combo Builder page but I checked the Combo Builder page just now and you're right, the B760M no longer appears as an option. I suggest that you keep trying over the next day or two. I missed out on this deal when it was originally posted but was lucky enough to catch it this time, when it came up again.

Big thanks to the OP.

I have two B450 UD AC WiFi boards, the cheapest Gigabyte motherboards. One was bought pre-pandemic in a Microcenter bundle and has gone R5 2600 - 5800X3D without any issues. The other was bought last year for a kid's room and has been rock solid on a 4600G. That's a combined ~ 7 years of uptime. I've had higher end Gigabyte boards in the past, too, but this is my only experience with their cheapest boards, and that experience has been great.

I had a mid grade gb board in 2009 and had to rma right before i moved. Nedded to send updated return address 6mo after when i happen to notice all the sensors stopped working. Rma board same issue.. the sensors also controlled the auto overclocking features so they were useless. Never got a satisfactory board. Upgraded to asrock taichi am4. Solid.

Mobo is still available for $99 but no longer part of the bundle deal.
