Edit: I've personally traded in several devices (phones and watch) in Mountain View. In all instances they physically took the device and gave me credit instantly. I can't personally vouch for the other stores.

On Google it says it'll give me $399 for a no crack iPad 6th gen.
Scratches is not something they knock down the trade in values. Cracks do 100%, and maybe dents and gouges too depending on how bad.

in our home we all have android phones and use chromecast on all our tvs. but one reason ive stayed with the ipad is because even after like 5 years of owning it, i still get updates for it.
still love my ipad but this may be too good to pass up.

There's one giving me a 2-month trial:
AI Premium, 2 TB
Usually $19.99, now $0/month for 2 months
If I sign up for that, will the 10% store credit apply immediately for making this Pixel Tablet purchase?
what do u all think?

Yes, I get they are trying to lure customers into their ecosystem with devices that will quickly lose value. Not disputing that. Question is just how short-sighted do they think their customers are? What happens when they want to upgrade their device in a few years. Is Google going to give them a high trade-in value? I'd bet good money they won't.
