Edit: I've personally traded in several devices (phones and watch) in Mountain View. In all instances they physically took the device and gave me credit instantly. I can't personally vouch for the other stores.

I got an error when trying to add a 2nd one to my cart
I actually started to look to buy a BT speaker and perhaps a phone dock instead of this tablet. Its usually easier to use your own iPhone with all the texts, social media apps is there. No need to install and login to different spotify-youtube etc account with an Android tablet.

Does the device power on? Does the Power Button function correctly? Are all Activation Locks disabled? (Find My iPhone, Google Lock, and Samsung Lock) Is the screen without cracks, breaks and missing pieces? Does the touchscreen work on the entire surface of the phone? Is the screen without any bruising and missing pixels? Is the LCD LED Backlight working correctly (the screen is not dark)? Is the device otherwise without breaks or cracks in the housing, keypad, hinge, or battery door? Does the device have a swollen battery?
Devices will fail LCD inspection if they have any of the following Cracked Screen Damaged Screen Burn-in Bruising (may appear as dead pixels or spots of discoloration) Pixelation Delamination Unresponsive Screen

Small iPad Pro: iPad Pro 9.7", 10.5", 11" (1st), 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and just yesterday 5th gen.
Large iPad Pro: iPad Pro 12.9" (1st), 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and just yesterday 7th gen.
If you look at what are the available trade-in options, the small iPad Pro only goes up to 3rd gen, 4th gen has no size in the description, while the large iPad Pro goes up to 6th gen. It sounds like if we are judging from this, the small sizes for the 1st and 2nd gen iPad Pros are excluded, but it makes no sense as they're identical except in size to the big iPad Pros that are as old.
Would you chance it and try the trade in given they might deny you and you only have 14 days to return? In reality, no one who has a well-functioning iPad of any gen should be trading it in for any sort of lagdroid tablet which are categorically junk and worthless as soon as you buy it, even one as gussied up as Google has done here. Clearly lots of us are trading in old, damaged, or soon-to-be junk here, and that's exactly what lagdroid tablets are worth
So your saying better to uncheck?

Seems major scratch counts

Seems major scratch counts
Pulled from a reddit thread. All I can find giving trade-in details. Oddly can't find on Google itself. Unsure if it's still accurate but I'm gonna pass just in case.
Given I had a dead spot/row, I'm not chancing this given their return window and trade-in windows.
