In case anyone is interested; 11g of added (total) sugar per serving and 2nd ingredient is sugar. It's lower total sugar than maple cinnamon (18g) but also about half the dietary fiber. 2nd ingredient is sugar and it does have corn syrup as well. Just FYI.
*It is a good price if you are getting it compared to Kroger and Walmart online prices, esp w/ s&s if you hit 15%

In case anyone is interested; 11g of added (total) sugar per serving and 2nd ingredient is sugar. It's lower total sugar than maple cinnamon (18g) but also about half the dietary fiber. 2nd ingredient is sugar and it does have corn syrup as well. Just FYI.

Chlormequat is not currently approved for use in food grown in the United States. However, researchers detected the chemical in 77 of the 96 urine samples collected between 2017 and 2023. The presence of chlomequat was consistent throughout the years, but its concentration spiked in 2023.
