Ryzen is inferior to the Intel and at 949 you only get the 4060 6gb. Personally I'm waiting on some 4060 ti deals, it's a much better card and will last you a lot longer than the 4060. Also, I'm concerned with all these 4060 deals we will soon see much better deals in the $500-$600 range

Similar CPU performance. For gaming, there is no difference. AMD is more efficient, so colder, quieter, and more battery life. Intel is slightly better for productivity.

There are no $500-600 i7 level laptops for rtx 3060. Why do you expect such a price soon for rtx 4060? current 3060 deals more like $600-800. 4060 is much better gpu.
