I have 765 and a 650 something backpack blower. They're the same if you're just blowing leaves or the ground. Advantage of the 765 is if you want to use it to dry cars.

Just ordered the 670CFM Blower LB6703 with 4 ah battery for $188.00. Wonder if it's worth upgrading for $42. Any input?

I probably wouldn't bother. Anything above the 600 CFM mark for an EGO is really good and I have the 5amp battery and kinda wish it was only a 3-4, the 5 is just so dang heavy. I actually also jumped on the $179 deal with a 615 blower and weedwacker and 2.5 battery and part of the reason to justify it, was to get the smaller, lighter battery. Now I have 2 blowers, but I'll dedicated one for the car and other for the yard. Little bit of overkill but really wanted another battery needed a weedwacker too

I don't think the weight should be a deciding factor unless you are on the smaller side. I climb up a latter and blow the leaves out of a gutter holding it with 1 arm and I always use the 5ah battery. It is a little heavier but not that much noticeable for me. I'm not Popeye or anything either.

Not available anymore. The battery hack is well known and was all over Slickdeals with the mowers or trimmers

Keep the 670/4ah battery, plenty enough power for most chores and lighter weight. These blow hard really making it feel heavier than it is.

So i bought 3 of the 2.5ah batteries last week on the $300 off deal. Total was roughly $240 pre tax. Wondering if it's better to swap out for this deal which essentially means i'm swapping one 2.5ah battery for the leaf blower tool which primarily I would use for car drying. Seems like a fair swap. I have a mower, edger, trimmer with 8yr old 5ah and 2.5ah batteries. What are y'alls thoughts?

I love the 5ah. I use the turbo mode more often than I thought I would—esp where live oak leaves get stuck in my lawn. The 5ah gets me thru my entire yard. The 2.5ah isn't useful as I can barely get 5-8 mins at turbo.

Using the 650 for drying a vehicle is fine too.

Works great for cleaning the inside of a vehicle. Saves a bunch of time before a proper vacuum.
