It does okay in rain, pretty cozy for two, but the setup is literally extend and pull up. 30 sec put up and same to put away.

I have the A-frame version of this tent from ozark trail, I really like it because of how easy it is to set up. I hate setting up and taking down traditional tents, with this you just extend the built in bars and lock it in place, super easy. With that being said, these tents run heavy and bulky because of the built in arms, but totally fine if you are car camping and have the room. This is a walmart brand tent so it will get the job done, but don't expect some 4-season super duper shelter. I have not used mine in the rain but I can't imagine it being waterproof in a heavy storm. I sleep in it with my dog and myself on a queen size bed, not much room for anything else, 1 more person could join us comfortably
