Nothing says "I love you mom" like a factory blemished tool from DTO
Opposite experience. Bought numerous items from them and pretty much all like new and working still. Had for years now.
You need to apply the code "MOTHERSDAY" during check out to get free shipping.

Not a lot of great deals. We are talking like a dollar or two cheaper than HD. DTO has lost a step

Any decent deals anywhere on Ryobi 40v batteries? 🥲 Only seeing "Factory Reconditioned" here and that's sounding risky based on comments.

I've had ZERO issues with my fleet of recon tools from here. Just my 2 cents

I've not had good luck buying refurbs from them. I have not had any issues with the factory blemished stuff though. If it's a small tool I might try refurb again but I won't do it for a larger purchase.

Meh. I got the free shipping, but I only got a fake 20%, it was already 20% off before the code, instead of 30%.

When Ryobi consider them in the top tier with DeWalt or Milwaukee. Their prices are now ridiculous expensive with lower quality. For the last two years, DeWalt or Milwaukee have better deals with better quality than Ryobi.

I've got a lot of Ryobi tools from DT, no single issue, blemished of course.
I'm working with my Milwaukee M18 daily, so you couldn't compare the most of Ryobi / Milwaukee tools. Milwaukee is ALWAYS expensive as well as heavy duty, more powerful, better (just a bit) quality. Same manufacturer, right?
My rule - Milwaukee for real heavy duty, Ryobi for regular job and again thanks Ryobi for very good quality at reasonable prices!

Show me Ryobi has a reasonable price for the last two years. Two last Fridays on HD, Lowes were either DeWalt or Milwaukee with the price coming similar Ryobi. People stuck with Ryobi are living without the new reality.
