I have a couple of different models. They are fantastic. The downside to this one is it doesn't have any memory of your last measurements. The 165 ft model retains several of your last measurements. That comes in very handy. If you don't think you need that feature, this is a great model.

Camel says it's been as low as $25.51 in 2020. $27 price happened 4 times in the past in 2020-2021. I definitely want one, but I'm going to wait, since it has been cheaper, and I don't need it now.

$25 in 2020 is about even with $40 today, so this may be as cheap as it gets. Inflation is real.

I was just escorting contractors around at work who were installing new Juniper APs. They were using this tool to measure AP to floor distance. I'd never seen one before today, but now I'm being recommended the very same tool. These damn spy phones are getting good. 😉
