Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on May 9, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on July 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotion Period").
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding Alaska) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner's choice of one (1) seven- (7-) day Holland America Line Cruise: (a) Alaska, (b) Caribbean, (c) Canada/New England or (d) Mexico (each a "Eligible Cruise") for the winner and one (1) guest ("Cruise Guest"), sharing accommodations of one (1) ocean view stateroom (subject to availability). Cruise is fulfilled as $3,500 in e-gift certificates which are valid for 2-years from issuance (subject to Terms and Conditions). Prize package includes round trip air travel on Southwest Airlines® for winner and Cruise Guest (subject to Air Travel Restrictions ) from the closest major airport to winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); seven (7) days accommodations on the chosen Eligible Cruise (single room, double occupancy); and $3,000 spending money (fulfilled as a check). Sponsor will also provide winner a check for $2,000 which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"). Total ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes in the Sweepstakes is $9,300.
