I used to get the newest samsung flagship each year, so glad I switched to this. the phone is still as snappy as the day I got it, great battery life and screen. make sure you buy a cover for the camera (ask me how i know lol).
the only android that's a direct competitor is the pixel pro.

Definitely going to sell my S23U for the Edge after learning about their practices.
Question for those of you who took advantage of this deal (Moto edge+ 2023 bundled with 1-year of service):
It looks like once you are on the annual plan, there is no way to change to a monthly plan. I called customer service and they advised this as well - that there are no monthly plans that you can switch to. It's as if you are "locked" into only annual plans once you activate on an annual plan.
If this is the case, that means that when the annual plan expires, you are still a day or two short of qualifying for device unlock....and since your only option to renew is to pay for another whole year, that appears to be the only way to unlock the device!!
This seems outrageous. I asked why I couldn't change over to a monthly plan after my 1 year plan is up and they couldn't answer it.
Does anyone else have any experience with this? I realize that the year is a long way out, but still. If they try to say that I was 1-2 days shy of meeting unlock eligibility and yet they refuse to let me change over to a monthly billing plan, I would have to file an FCC complaint in protest.
I'm hoping that this is incorrect, but it sure seems to be accurate. If you are on a 1-year plan and you try to view other plan options, it will tell you that you are on a great plan and there are no other options.
Please advise.
