Cole haan's quality has dropped over the years. Used to love their shoes around 2011-2014

The sole is also more comfortable and more like sneaker like while other white sneakers have much harder / heavier sole. I think only Thursday come with EVA sole but it is also quite hard compared to this cole haan.
I have both.
The Kurt's quality is way better. Thicker leather, stronger stitching, better support, although heavier midsole. White is pure white from top to bottom. There might be a slight problem with leather crease / loose grain in the older version though. Mine is the first version and has it on the inner facing side so it's not noticeable.
The Cole Haans has the lightweight going for them but minor support. They have real thin (and very soft) leather that has a thin paint on it, so a scratch or even putting a tape on/off will take it right off. You think you can fix it with colored shoe cream, but the problem is that the white color is really a shade of light gray so it's hard to match. Also the pair I had, mid sole is slightly yellow, and turned even more yellow over time.
At this price maybe okay for a pair of white real leather sneakers, but consider the Kurt would likely last at least twice as long and easier to maintain, I would pick the Kurt up during sale.
