I've had this chair since February. I have been very happy with it. Delivery was seamless. I tipped the driver $20. He placed the chair for me.

This is correct. I have this model too. I'm 6'1'' this chair feels way too small for me, my wife is 5'3" she said it works well for her. For me the rollers only go down to the bottom of my butt and the foot massager extended all the way is still not enough to accommodate my height comfortably.

How does this compare with the Osaki OS-4000XT Massage Chair [costco.com] for $100 less? It's hard to find what the comparable chair is at Osaki...

Edit: Seems like the Aspire is a good bit better (definitely worth $100).

i had to return this massage chair because the back roller was hurting me... I have 4 other people tried it, they are all 5.4 ft to 5.8 ft, and they all said the back roller is too hard.
