i have 4000xt for about 4 years? (which is like the version before this)
pretty good but keep in mind that the fake leather head piece will crack and look like terrible when it does.

and if i were to buy one again.. i would probably go with something else that has more airbags

Man, I don't know how anyone can order one without trying. A local furniture store near me has five different chairs and only one fits me well. I'm 6'1". But way more expensive than this.

I got my wife a Osaki 3D Quantum which looks nearly identical to this and has the same features; got it for $1800 from "Spinlife" (a wheelchair store which now sends me their catalog monthly, thanks i guess?)

It works well for her, but if you have back problems this is NOT going to work for you. To the person who asked about sleeping in it, NO, you cannot sleep in this unless you enjoy sleeping on a hard knob in a position that could only be considered comfortable for someone in NASA training.

That said, my wife loves it, people who visit sit and enjoy it, and it does seem to be well made enough to last a bit, so I don't complain.

Too bad Costco doesn't offer White Glove delivery on this, or else in would have gotten one. Can't get a 300lb chair up to 2nd floor 😂

It says delivery, set up and package removal. This tells me its white glove service. I may be wrong but I need it on my second floor as well.

Can anyone confirm it was free delivery and setup on secomd floor?
