Is there any reason why I'd want to add a graphics card to these, like for bluiris or frigate etc?
What is the best internal wifi card to add to this?

Of course, for many the Intel AX200 is going to provide reasonable connectivity and performance relative to the price (while being reliable enough to justify installation vs. a USB adapter).
Non-Intel adapters are certainly functional for plenty of users, particularly if you aren't as worried about top-end performance and/or driver compatibility.
Good luck!

I picked up a 7060 that seemed interesting (just change the coupon to 7060 instead of 7070: WOW7060DELL 50% off and free shipping ).
$191 including tax for
Dell OptiPlex 7060 MT
Grade A
64-bit Windows 10 Professional
1x Intel Core i7-8700 (6-Core, 3.20 GHz)
16 GB (2x 8GB)
256 GB (1x 256 GB SSD)
AMD Radeon RX 550 (4 GB)
DVD-RW
Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) No WLAN
Mini Tower
I'm hoping to turn it into a Plex server - Good deal or you'd recommend to cancel the order and look for something else?
