FYI you are stuck between one of your two original sauces for your refills.
I'm a big eater but would still rate this as not a great deal
IMO the real 'hack' at BWW is their 10 bone-in lunch that's like $13 which comes with fries and a drink. You can usually stack their Reward on it as well such as point multipliers and other discounts. Right now, if you use the code GOWINGS, you can get a free 6 bone-in just from a $10 min and I imagine 16 wings + fries is enough to fill most people up for a lunch.
Just call them nuggets!!

Trouble is they don't offer lunch to-go, which the code is only good for
Edit: I stand corrected. They do offer lunch to-go. $13 & change for 16 wings, fries & drink. Slick.
Ate at a BWW last week when they had the BOGO free boneless nights promo. Ordered a 10 piece so ended up with 20 pieces. It wasn't very good and was over fried and tough and dry. I did finish the order and the total was $12.95+tax. It filled me up so I don't think it's worth paying $20 for a bunch of heavily breaded nuggets.
So your example is that adds up to $20 of menu priced food. So where's the deal? Most can't eat more so the restaurant isn't losing anything. And for people who eat less than 13 wings they make even more money than the menu price.
I have a voracious appetite and like wings when they are well made, but I can only consume about 10-15 max on a good day. All my friends on my sports team eat way less than even I do, so definitely this deal is not a deal for any of those people and barely a deal for me as I might just break even.
It really depends on how tasty the boneless wings are. It doesn't matter what my appetite is like if the miniature chicken tenders are mid.
This would be better with traditional wings, and the tallow is what sold me on BWW, but this chain is expensive for the quality.
Not worth it, I went there. Each round they serve only gives you 6 wings and some fries and the waiters kind of expect you to tip them a lot since they come around again and again. But here's the catch, 6 wings is easy to finish quickly BUT each round takes about 45 minutes to prepare and they don't prepare the next round until you finish your current one. So you are sitting there waiting most of the time after you finish. Total bill after Taxes and Tips come around to about $21.19 but felt guilty not giving them more. I think I'm done going into any kind of restaurant in this economy.

are these even $1.25
They're nuggies, not even tendies.
Nuggets aren't typically tossed in sauce.
Do you get mad when people call them drumsticks because you don't play the drums with them?

Or did you think "tossed in sauce" gave it its wing qualities?

That's like 50 chickens worth of wings.
