No, unfortunately the 4070 has 4 different sku's and it can be tough to know/understand the hierarchy.

Solid answer. I would also add that pre-builds are assumed to have been tested as a system and any conflicts have been resolved before production (many would argue that the testing is insufficient but at least some level of testing should have occurred). There is also typically a warranty on the system which might be easier than dealing with the individual manufacturers in a DIY build (the "one throat to choke" concept). One downside you might find is that some pre-build companies use proprietary motherboards, power supplies and/or cases that make upgrading/modding difficult.
