None of these titles are backwards compatible so can only be played on Xbox 360. However many have Xbox One versions so that version is able to be played on Xbox One and Series consoles.
Also you can buy these straight from a webpage so no need to already have a 360 or drag an old one back out.
Trueachievements.com is a good website to check if you want to investigate the titles further.

Are you sure that there are zero backwards compatible games that will be affected from the Xbox 360 Store on the console and the Xbox 360 Marketplace shutting down?

As I remember the Orange Box and Left 4 Dead were backwards compatible but were never sold at the Xbox.com Store, they were only sold at the Xbox 360 Marketplace. So once they were removed from the Xbox 360 Marketplace, there was no way to obtain them digitally anymore.

Does purchasing the 360 version of some of these also allow you to play the Xbox One version? For example, if I purchase the 360 version of Child of Light, would I then be able to download the Xbox One version to my Xbox Series X? My impression from threads like this [reddit.com] is that the 360 and Xbox One versions of games are two distinct purchases, but I don't know if this is true for most/all of these titles.

Yes they are 2 separate versions of the game so only the Xbox One version will work on newer consoles; all Xbox One games work on Series consoles. You'll have to wait for a sale on the same game but Xbox One version.

I was only replying about this specific sale.

To answer your question, there are some backwards compatible games that have been delisted or never ported to new store so yes you will have to find the physical or acquire them on the 360 store before it shuts down in July. Then they will work on Xbox One and Series consoles like any other backwards compatible games.

I have all the old COD games on disc. Cod MW, MW2, black ops, block ops 2. I can play them on my Xbox series x. Should I be purchasing all the DLC before the shutdown date? Map packs and such? in case I ever want to play online again, or will the game servers shutdown too?

Microsoft just bought Activision so servers should stay up a very long time. Most of COD is backwards compatible so most DLC has been ported to new store so you will be able to buy it in the future.
Think the COD you mentioned is all on new store, but your best bet is to go to Trueachievements.com and check their store links of the games you have questions about and make sure they go to xbox.com and not the old 360 marketplace store. As long as DLC and games show up on xbox.com store (Xbox One consoles and Series consoles store), then you have nothing to worry about.
