It's only available well done because it's intended and marketed as a kid's meal. Kids are more susceptible to foodborne illness because they have not built up their immune systems yet, and it is discouraged to offer them raw or undercooked food on a children's menu. Source: FDA food code, and am restaurant inspector.

Saw that couple of other places,the surcharge was for using a credit card as a payment,no surcharge for paying cash.Apparently the credit card fees are up

I just checked the location near me and and they still have it. 6oz sirloin there, and you can choose how it's cooked. Thanks for the tip, I'll probably do this next time we go.

Yes, you can order kids meals to go and get a good value because Kids meals are designed to feed off the cost of adult dining. This is not a new hack, people have known this since the 80's
Also, Well Done steak only? WTF?

Our location still has it. I order this frequently, only with a regular potato. It works out to be just about as cheap as Wendy's and it withstands the drive home better. Now I'm worried that they'll eventually remove it!

I've been seeing that 18% is now being shown as the minimum tip nowadays. Am I the only one that still sticks to 15%? 18% minimum is just kind of ridiculous as a baseline, things are expensive enough as it is. (I do tip 20%+ if the service is fantastic though)
